Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Coral mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coral ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current.

Coral is a voice-powered productivity application that allows you to:

• Create and manage tasks using voice commands or text input
• Create and manage notes with automatic tag extraction
• Create and view calendar events (when connected to Google Calendar)
• Send emails through voice commands (when connected to Gmail)
• Query your data using natural language
• Receive daily briefings and productivity insights
• Set reminders and receive push notifications

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use the Service to send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization

6.1 Voice Processing

When you use voice commands, your audio is sent to third-party AI services for processing. By using voice features, you acknowledge that:

• Audio data will be transmitted over the internet to process your commands
• AI interpretation may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming actions before execution

6.2 AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and interpretations. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify important information before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Gmail, Contacts). When you connect these services:

• You authorize us to access your data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of those third parties
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• You can disconnect third-party services at any time through the app settings

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (tasks, notes, emails, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or send through the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Coral and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do:

• We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes
• Payments will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds will be handled according to the respective app store policies
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your app store settings

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CORAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coral and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coral operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coral regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
